About MBUSD

Dr. Kim Linz, Superintendent

Welcome to the Manhattan Beach Unified School District! It is an honor to serve a district with such a proud tradition of excellence, innovation, and community partnership. Having previously served MBUSD as both a principal and district leader, I am excited to continue working alongside our exceptional students, dedicated staff, engaged families, and supportive community. Together, we will continue to build on MBUSD's strong foundation by providing every student with rigorous learning opportunities, a culture of care, and the support they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. I believe the best outcomes are achieved through collaboration, open communication, and a shared commitment to student success.
