Speaker Series for parents from South Bay Families Connected in partnership with Beach Cities Health District. These free, monthly parent education events are held at locations throughout the Beach Cities and offer everything from mindfulness parenting workshops to alcohol and substance use prevention strategies, as well as an opportunity to connect with other parents and discuss the challenges faced with raising teenagers today.

Learn how these issues are contributing to overall wellness or overwhelm for teens, and hear from a panel of local teenagers about their daily lives and how parents can help support them during their teen years.
