Designed to enhance rather than replace a quality arts education, the PTA Reflections Program provides opportunities for students to express themselves and to receive positive recognition for their artistic and creative efforts. Manhattan Beach Council PTA would like to congratulate the following students for their accomplishments. The Award of Excellence entries from each category will continue to the next level of judging at the 33rd District PTA.
