1. To begin, please fill out the Volunteer Application Form available here. This form is to be submitted electronically via Informed K-12 to the principal of the site at which you will be volunteering.
2. Once your application has been approved by the principal, it will be sent to Human Resources. One of the Human Resources technicians will contact you to set up an appointment for fingerprinting once an appointment becomes available.
3. On the day of the appointment, the TB Questionnaire will be collected, fingerprints will be taken and submitted to the DOJ and FBI, and fingerprint fees will be collected.
Required:
Picture ID, e.g. Driver's License
Verification of Freedom from Tuberculosis within the last six months. TB Questionnaire; TB Frequently Asked Questions.
4. The HR technician who took your fingerprints will notify you once HR receives a response from the DOJ and FBI.
